Great practice that has helped a lot with my eczema healing journey. Even though skin takes a long time to heal, I have noticed quick results physically as well as great energetic work that has helped my mental and spiritual health.

I originally sought help from Dr. Z because of hormonal issues that left me extremely fatigued. Traditional doctors would simply look at blood work numbers, say they looked great, pat me on the back and tell me it was old age. But not Dr. Z. We worked together to systematically expose and attack the root cause of the problem.

Using a variety of supplements, prayer, and changes in diet, I no longer feel that afternoon crash that left me with zero motivation. In addition to improved energy levels, a problem I was having with inflammation in my hands was grely improved. I’ve had long covid since 2021 benign tumors, fatigue, joint pain, and I have spells with uncontrollable jerking in different parts of my body. I’ve been seeing Dr. Z at Trinity Natural Health for a few months now after being referred by my out-of-state FMP. I honestly didn’t know what to expect at first, and every session is a little different, but I have appreciated the care and support I’ve received.
