Dr Z is great and has helped so much! One thing specifically, I had a rash around my eyes that would flare up and take weeks to calm down and after 2 months of working with Dr Z. The flare ups are completely gone - no rash! That is just one of many things he has been able to help with. So glad I found Trinity Natural Health!

And the icing on the cake, for me, is that this is a faith based practice, where Dr. Z will pray over you and ask for healing from our Father above as well. I have no doubt God led me here. I love Trinity! I was recommended to Dr. Z by my chiropractor. I was having serious pain in my neck, jaw, shoulder, and down my arm. It kept me up at night, tossing and turning to get comfortable. After only ONE visit I slept better! A couple of days later I didn't have the tension in my jaw. And after three visits, my headaches were gone. I'm so grateful! Highly recommend for any of your body's needs!

Dr Z is a wizard of the internal body. Extremely knowledgeable and is able to quickly find the root of the problem. Eye popping experience! I highly recommend!

I’m a 67 YO FM. Unfortunately since my late twenties I suffered many diagnoses. Recently in November I was suffering extreme /severe headaches , nausea, vomiting, stomach bloating and extreme stomach pain for 3WKs. I went to the E.R two different times. CT Scans to my head and abdomen read negative . I was diagnosed with Migraines. I was given medication for nausea which didn’t help much. The nausea and vomiting subsided but, the Headaches continued. My daughter being a CFMP referred me to Dr.Z. Dr.Z did he’s work on me from a different state via frequencies. The next day my headaches were gone and have not come back.
On our next visit on another issue I was having , I was so excited to speak to him to let him know the headaches were gone. Dr. Z humbly gave all credit to Our Christ Jesus. 3/12/26 My complaint was Anxiety since my 30’s. I was prescribed by my PCP Lorazepam 1mg three times a day. The anxiety was getting worse. I explained my issue with Dr. Z. He worked he’s treatment and explained I’ll have symptoms for the next four days in which I did. On the fifth day I felt normal no Anxiety!!! I am no longer taking Lorazepam in which I truly thought I would have to take it for the rest of my life along with its horrible long term side effects.
I am truly grateful for my daughter and Dr. Z. I believe Our Christ Jesus is using them to help people like you and me. Thank you Jesus. I’m now living life.

I had been struggling with elbow pain for at least 8 months to the point it was becoming difficult to lift and/or hold relatively light objects. My primary care physician referred to it as tennis elbow and simply something you have to deal with as you get older (I’ll be 54 next month). He gave me some topical pain ointment to deal with it. I tried that for about a month and the relief from pain would last for about an hour. That’s when I decided to give Trinity Health a call.
Dr. Zeronis had successfully relieved my significant shoulder pain previously with dry needling and scraping the joint and tissue. So I decided to try that on my elbow. After the 1st treatment my elbow felt 90% better. Our bodies are remarkable machines, designed by God to heal themselves when we give them a chance to. I have been to several specialists over the course of 3 years dealing with some skin issues and nothing and I mean nothing that they have tried has helped ! This place has helped me tremendously. I went to 3 different physicians , blood work , MRI, x-rays etc could not figure me my back pain issues one visit to trinity. Problem found and much much better.

I'm a Functional Medicine Practitioner that understands one person cannot take care of it all. I thank the Lord for Dr. Z and the work he is doing. I have 6 children and my youngest has gone through a series of events, and Dr. Z started to help him at the age of 7 months. Fast forward to today, unfortunately, my youngest has had THREE concussions before the age of 5. The first concussion took him 1 week to recover (I didn't reach out to Dr. Z at this time). Dr. Z worked on him remotely for the last two concussions and it was mind blowing to see how quickly he recovered. He was sensitive to light, sound and even threw up.
